about the project

In honour of Cha Eun-woo’s (Korean idol, actor & model) 25th birthday, we as fans, are initiating this birthday project to help children in need.
Our vision is to distribute teddy bears designed by fans and handpicked by Cha Eun-woo, to children suffering from cancer at Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan.

❤️PHASE I
As of December 26th 2021,
Change with Cha ’s first charity donation project is launched.
We present our mission and vision to Cha Eun-woo’s fans worldwide asking for their support.
1. We will be requesting of fans to submit their teddy bear designs via Google Forms with a week long deadline (1/5-1/12).—> Fans are able to personalise a tee while choosing the placement of the gold ribbon, symbolising childhood cancers in their design. The teddy bear is given a name by its creator and also a personality based on the inspiration behind it.2. We will e-mail Cha Eun-woo’s agency, Fantagio, informing them of the project.

❤️PHASE II
As the submission form closes, we will take a day to review the designs.
On the next day, we will be posting a poll, where fans can choose their favourite teddy bear designs from. The shortlisted designs will be e-mailed to Eun-woo’s agency and he will be choosing the final design.

❤️PHASE III
1. After hearing back from Eun-woo’s agency with his teddy bear pick, we will be announcing the final design and sending it to a factory for production.
—> We have ensured that the factory of our choice does not use child labour.
—> Production cost is covered by Change with Cha.
2. As the teddy bears are being produced, we will be updating fans on the progress. Once all of them have been produced, fans will be able to adopt them through Ko-fi:
https://ko-fi.com/changewithcha
—> Means of payment: PayPal or ask us for a Bank account number.

❤️PHASE IV
Once all teddy bears have been adopted, they will be sent to Karachi, Pakistan so that they can be delivered to the children in need at Aga Khan University Hospital.

❤️PHASE V
Once all children have received the teddy bears and the donation has been made to Aga Khan University Hospital, the certificate of donation will be issued. We will be e-mailing Eunwoo’s agency so that he can receive the physical certificate along with the teddy bear he initially picked.

According to research, the treatment for cancer is as psychological as it is biological. Somehow, the little chemicals in our brain that make us feel happy hold the power to help eliminate one of the deadliest illnesses known to mankind. And fortunately, it doesn’t take much to be happy; it doesn’t take much to put a smile on a little child’s face, it doesn’t take much to give them a friend they can carry with them through all the dark and terrible times when they might feel scared and alone, it doesn’t take much to spread love, to spread change! So, let’s join hands and help change a child’s life. Let us give them hope for the dawn of a new day and a future that is bright, happy and golden.

MOOSA🎗

Meet Moosa, a 2 year old battling Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML), but that doesn’t stop him from being a hyperactive ball of sunshine that he is! This brave little man absolutely adores cars and loves having his tea like an adult.*Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML): is a rare type of childhood blood cancer that affects the bone marrow’s production of the white blood cells. The “acute” refers to the disease’s rapid progression. In the United States, only about 500 children are diagnosed with AML each year.
